1. Submit to the EI Conference

*All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After careful review, all accepted papers in ISCTT 2021 will be published in Conference Proceedings and will be submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing. All conference proceedings paper must not be less than 4 pages in length!

2. Submit to the SCI journal

Call for Excellent Papers to SCI Journal！（Submission with notes of "X855" will enjoy priority in review .）
